      Liberal plan to oppose Private Members Bill C-474 tomorrow, in

      order to go to the universities across the country, will mean

      years more debate and confusion and the Monsanto lobby here at U

      of Guelph is HUGE with deep pockets. But Frank and many liberals

      can change their minds and support it! <b><u>if our pressure is

          strong enough! <br>

        <u>This Bill can support water protection, 'buy local', food

          security and biodiversity if we get it passed . </u></b> <br>

      It can help us turn the corner against these big lobbies. <br>
