<p class=MsoNormal>I just got a call from a woman I’ve known for many
years on Union, who also talked to you Glenn regarding the opening up of the
water hydrants near Breightaupt (you spoke of this at last night’s GREN
meeting). <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>She was told they open them because not enough water is
being used so the chlorine level is too high….and this time it was too
low. They ran the water for 4 days this time – the last time was about a year
ago or so, but she is horrified by the waste and getting the runaround. She
just wants them to fix what’s wrong and not waste water like this. Are
you going to follow up on this Glen, or is there someone with GREN who has some
ideas how to resolve this – or any contacts or experience with the City
of Kitchener to find someone who can stop this. <o:p></o:p></p>
