has had artificially fluoridating municipal drinking water since 1966 (i.e. 44 years).
The only and last fluoridation vote was held in 1981-82 (1981 vote contested,
then a 1982 re-vote). No records exist indicating any prior fluoridation
vote by the public. It seems the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Waterloo Council</st1:City></st1:place> of the day may have passed
fluoridation unilaterally. What little available detail exists on <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Waterloo</st1:City></st1:place>’s

Region of Waterloo (upper tier) then assumed responsibility for municipal water
treatment, including fluoridation. The lower tier municipalities,
however, still maintained responsibility for their own municipal water

City of Kitchener, City of Waterloo, City of Cambridge, Township of Wilmot,
Township of Wellesley, Township of Woolwich, and Township of North Dumfries)<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

is the only member of the Region of Waterloo to ever <u>officially</u>
fluoridate its municipal drinking water supply. <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Kitchener</st1:City></st1:place> has always voted ‘no’
to water fluoridation.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face=Arial><span
style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Parts of <st1:City w:st="on">Kitchener</st1:City>,
and most of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Woolwich</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Township</st1:PlaceType> (including the towns of <st1:City w:st="on">Elmira</st1:City>
and St. Jacobs) have been receiving <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Waterloo</st1:City></st1:place>’s
chemically fluoridated water <u>unofficially</u> and without citizens’
knowledge or consent for some decades now. These outlying
cross-fluoridated communities, as well as the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Waterloo</st1:City></st1:place>, will be jointly and concurrently
voting on the upcoming fluoridation ballot question set for October 25th,
2010. This fluoridation vote is being held at the same time we are to
elect new municipal candidates (upper and lower tier) into office.<font

‘hydrofluorosilicic acid’, containing silicofluoride plus trace
co-contaminates arsenic, lead, mercury and radionuclides.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-autospace:none'><font size=2 face=Arial><span
style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Note that in 2009 the Ontario Dental
Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State
w:st="on">Ontario</st1:State></st1:place> were forced to admit that they
don’t actually have water fluoridation science in hand. As such,
they now are stating that Health Canada and Pubic Health will have that
science, or will point us to it. Imagine that… after 65 years of
fluoridation in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Canada</st1:country-region></st1:place>
(Brantford began fluoridating in 1945) the outspoken pro-fluoridation lobby
contingent of dentists only now admit they don’t actually have
fluoridation science in hand.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
