The executive positions are as follows: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, and 3 secretaries.<BR>
<BR>
The </SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'><FONT FACE="Cambria">following current executive members are willing to run again: John Jackson – chair, Theo Negoita – Treasurer, and Susan Bryant and Susan Koswan for two of the three secretarial positions. Even though these are willing to run again, don’t hesitate to put your name forward for these positions.<BR>
<BR>
At this point no one is running for vice-chair or the 3rd secretarial position, so we are particularly looking for nominations for these two positions. Randy McLean is stepping down as co-chair, and Carole Clinch is stepping down as secretary. Our thanks to them for the work they have done for GREN over the past two years.<BR>

<B>Please send your nominations for any of these positions to me by Friday March 12 at <a href="jjackson@web.ca">jjackson@web.ca</a>.</B> If you are nominating someone other than yourself, please check with them first to make sure they are willing to run for the position.<BR>

In order to run for the executive or to vote at the elections on March 25, you must be a member of GREN. If you have paid your membership dues for 2009 or 2010 you are eligible to run for the executive and to vote in this election. We will happily accept your membership fees at the beginning of the meeting on March 25 to make you eligible.<BR>
<BR>
<B>Membership fees for 2010 are due by March 31, 2010</B>, so please plan to pay this years fees on March 25, if you haven’t paid up yet. Membership fees are as follows: Students $10; Individuals $20; Organization $40. You can pay your dues either at a GREN meeting or mail them to Susan Koswan at 619 Forest Hill Drive, Kitchener N2N 1A1.<BR>
