FYI: Waterloo Residents: please call your Ward Reps to support this.
A motion has come forward to Waterloo City Council calling on the city to oppose as much of the province’s proposed Bill 5, also known as the “Protect Ontario By Unleashing Our Economy Act” as much as possible. The motion calls on the city to maintain “local democratic control,” and to oppose provisions of the bill that would disrupt or get rid of municipal planning authority or impact the environment.
My response is below. I shared it with MPs and MPPs too because my view is Doug Ford is a National Security Risk. I exhausted protocol trying to report that.

Hello everyone
I strongly support the motion calling on the City of Waterloo to oppose the proposed Provincial Bill 5, also known as the “Protect Ontario By Unleashing Our Economy Act” as much as possible.
We have a multigenerational responsibility to protect our life supports, environment, food supplies and economy.
For generations we crafted official plans and laws at the local, provincial and federal levels recognizing that a healthy environment and healthy economy are linked and must be protected for the long term. Ford is trying to bypass the safeguards of the Provincial Policy Statement and local planning. He thwarted the ability of the public to access tribunals. He thwarted the ability for our democratic voices to be heard. This is a National Security Risk.
The failure to reasonably plan is an attack on public safety, environment and Canadian security. It is an attack on Canada itself using a subliminal approach to systemically remove safeguards from inside the political framework. Our ancestors didn’t envision anyone elected abusing power to this extreme but such weaknesses has led to revolutions. This is a man pushing a war upon us that nobody wishes to fight. He is the bad apple that must be removed. He is rotten to the core.
I want Doug Ford arrested for Treason. He is the one threatening Canadian democracy and it should have never gone this far.
I have sent reports to Revenue Canada’s whistleblower program and to Wilfred Laurier about Doug Ford being a risk to Canada itself. Our insurance systems have economically benefitted the Commonwealth. If Bill 5 gets passed and liability pay outs increase a result of climate catastrophe crafted by Doug Ford, it only serves the interests of Canada’s enemies and the enemies of the Commonwealth itself.
Russia is simply waiting and watching. They crafted the messes with Enbridge to ramp up natural gas since the Rabaska project working with the now sanctioned Putin Ally Alexander Medvedev. Their pipes were built by Evraz owned by Russian Mobster Roman Abramovich. Ford worked with Gavin Tighe the solicitor of KGB agent Boris Birshtein and we had gangster Simon Mogilevich.and YMB Magnex showing how Russians were exploiting our weak tax laws. Rather than strengthening the laws by closing loopholes Canada’s snow washing became a beacon for organized crime to come and launder their money.
We need disclosure of beneficiaries. We need to close the tax loopholes. We need consistent tax laws coast to coast applicable on all unceded lands be they First Nations or Jersey Fiefdomes that remained unquashed. We need RICO laws, anti grifting laws and to end organized crime.
We need wealth tax on Canada’s richest with the tax applicable to both capital gains and reserves. Canada’s richest lacked inheritance tax and we need them to have that. We also need to stop them from tax evading in Luxembourg. They transferred 120 Billion over there.

We need tax justice to get to climate and social justice. Stop investing in natural gas and invest in the better generator made by Canadian Thane Heins whose technology works but the patent process has been thwarted in Canada. My father was a fuel systems engineer for his 47 years as a flight engineer. He specialized in Avro Airplanes. He knew Thane Heins tech worked.

In 2003, Heins filed a patent application in Canada[1] but no patent was granted.[2] Heins also founded Potential Difference Inc, the website of which contains a series of videos of the inventor demonstrating the machine.[3] US patent #9,230,730[4] i

This generator can increase the efficiency of power production, cars. aviation and shipping. It can power communities at the local level to make power production a.source of local jobs and revenues while reducing emissions. Ir would make us independent of multinational oil and gas firms. This would reduce wars, corruption and advance peace. This tech could empower poor communities to access clean local energy. It could be used on a remote First Narions reserve or a poor community in the Sahel. It is time for us to decolonize access to energy. Canada can lead the way on this tech.
We cannot aadvance a clean energy future or peace and prosperity by allowing Doug Ford to drag us back to outdated dirty energy and dangerous planning. He must be removed to allow the advancement of climate action that our communities have demanded for over 15 years.
I made this video of the first 10 years of people demanding climate action in Waterloo Region. We need leadership that listens and supports them.

Leadership is to serve the will of the people. It is a sacred duty to work together to protect our water, air, soil and environment and economy. We are in this together. Don’t let Doug Ford divide us or destroy Canada.
