Good column Susan- I really like the riddle/poem- saving it.  

Along these lines, many (especially our current provincial government) don't
understand the role of wetlands and the functions they perform for us, and
the habitat they provide. The province wants to permit develop on some huge
wetland areas in Pickering - here we go again -
