Hi Neil and All

I have just learned from Clerks that a new staff report will be posted in the next hour on the Biehn Dr. extension. 

This may not require us to fill the Council Chambers tonight but at a later date. 

I don’t want people to waste an entire evening waiting for the report to come to Council.

I will send an update as to timing but I understand that there are 14 delegations before us on other topics. 

  

You may chose to watch the meeting via live stream.

Good morning everyone,

If you are considering attending tonight’s Kitchener City Council meeting to support the Biehn Drive group, please note that the Council meeting starts at 6 pm BUT we are 6th on the agenda with a couple of other agenda items with large groups of delegations. 

We don’t expect our issue to be heard much before 7:30 . With my understanding of the length of time that some items could take we are leaving our house at 7:00 pm so we are not sitting for hours before our agenda item comes up.

Keep all of this in mind when you decide on your timing to come.
