Print out carbon copies for each council member
I am extremely disappointed in this so called "settlement" agreement.
I  am a a housewife who paid $27,000 for OMB hearing PL071044 and I went up against three subdivision properties and a road extension and the total cost to me was $27,000 which is chump change for protection of a municipal water supply.  I won all of my concessions except for the salt issue which was dropped.  

My advice, refine your issues, use the proponant's own science and flag the shortcomings of it. They cannot question the source of data if they are the source of data.
This project should have had a hard NO and you should stick to it. They filed a “substantially incomplete” prospectus and if you support that, you have failed your fiduciary duty. That allows the public the right to sue YOU. 

Think about that. I do.
