I warned you of all this years ago. Canada needs disclosure of beneficiaries and to stop the tax loopholes.
Foreign interference isn’t new but it is time to stop it.
My solutions remain the same as noted at the end of this email below sent in 2019. Plus ca change, plus c’est la meme chose.

Dear Hon. Prime Minister and Ministers
The world is changing fast but our economic systems are fundamentally flawed as are the guardians of that system.
This is what I see.
The Independent Blue Ribbon Panel on Alberta's Finances report was just released. It clearly shows Alberta's economic gains over the last 10 years is now becoming a debt equal to the same values of the gains. View Health of younger population on pg. 25, read the bias & unfair procurement concerns on pg 57. See how Alberta spent approximately 600 million in disaster costs in 5 years and how woefully underfunded their emergency budgets is on pg. 69. The details of their ever growing debt is on page 71. The full report is online here:

Another new report titled: KPMG'S REGULATORY ARBITRAGE CULTURE shows that the guardians themselves were corrupt. KPMG were simultaneous buying and selling securities, currency and commodities in different markets for advantage which allowed them to rig the market and profit off their own shorts. You can view that report here:

I've spent years speaking of what I saw with Enbridge and KPMG. The RCMP investigations, the OPP responses are in the attachments. I went to the SEC, I went to Revenue Canada, my MP, MPPs  and National Energy Board blowing the whistle. One of my webpages is here shows when Harper messed up the CRA investigation with the Isle of Man investigation.  https://line9fiscalconcerns.wordpress.com/

Here are the findings by the Project On Government Oversight (POGO) who reviewed the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in the US (PCAOB), also known by the nickname “Peekaboo.” Since 2003, its inspection reports have cited 808 instances in which the U.S. Big Four performed audits that were so defective that the audit firms should not have vouched for a company’s financial statements, internal controls, or both totaling 808 alleged failures yet only 18 enforcement cases were brought against the U.S. Big Four or employees of those firms. Those cases involved a total of 21 audits.

To understand how the US department of Justice works you have to understand how there is a fiscal tier that separates the common person from the wealthy companies. The total view was captured in a few simple sentences that I willl share with you which I viewed in this article by Frank Parlato for the Frank Report who states:
You can’t seize money from poor people, so you go for the stats and put them in prison. You can get money from rich people, so you make deals to let them skate or almost skate and take money from them. It's more like a Department Store of Justice.

It explains people like Gwyn Morgan who was with Encana when the wells were poisoned https://thetyee.ca/News/2019/08/08/Fracking-Case-Setback/When he worked for SNC Lavalin https://www.globalresearch.ca/canadas-corrupt-corporations-world-banks-corrupt-companies-blacklist-dominated-by-canada/5422924And his links to HSBC which resulted in this: https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/hsbc-documents-show-bank-helped-clients-hide-billions-from-tax-man-1.2950062
It explains the Bronfman family. They made a fortune off bootlegging liquor and tax evasion. https://www.macleans.ca/politics/ottawa/the-ties-that-bind-the-liberals-and-the-bronfmans/And the sex scandal of Clare Bronfman daughter of Edgar. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-crime-cult/seagram-heiress-clare-bronfman-pleads-guilty-in-new-york-sex-cult-case-idUSKCN1RV1A5
How Clare Bronfman and her sister Sara Bronfman-Igtet are the main reason why Nxivm became so powerful and dangerous as they moved funds from their family firm to Nxivm via Lexa. See the attachments for how that worked and how it related to Jeffery Epstein.
It explains Bruce Carson and his escort girlfriend getting contracts to provide fresh water to First Nations. https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/carson-sentence-influence-peddling-harper-1.4646710
And Conrad Black being pardoned by President Trump. https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/conrad-black-pardon-trump-1.5137985
And it explains Li-Kashing who was deeply involved with Mossack Fonseca https://www.scmp.com/news/hong-kong/law-crime/article/1935609/panama-connection-hong-kong-tycoon-li-ka-shing-linked-lawHis Husky refinery exploding: https://www.mprnews.org/story/2018/08/02/agency-refinery-fire-caused-by-blast-debris-superior-wis-huskyThe oil pipeline leaking: https://globalnews.ca/news/5381728/husky-energy-saskatchewan-oil-spill/The offshore spill https://globalnews.ca/news/4747233/husky-energy-spill-newfoundland/

My view it appears Canada is hedging their bets with KPMG to continue facilitating bad behavior because there is money to be made in buying your own shorts and controlling your own market. Just look at Enbridge to see how that works. (no regard for the fact their creditors are actually divesting now)
They rely on rotating credit and are borrowing long term funds to buy short term stocks https://www.sightline.org/2018/09/18/how-enbridges-bankers-fund-a-tar-sands-pipeline/
They are rigging the market with air barrels https://thetyee.ca/Opinion/2018/11/28/Air-Barrels-Pipeline-System/ Al Monaco runs an ISDA and getting paid in shares so consider that there is 50% less taxes on that amount because the shares are not cashed out and look at the amount he can move independently without board approvals. https://ca.wallmine.com/people/53445/albert-monaco.amp?__twitter_impression=true
And meanwhile our Finance Minister Bill Moreau is lining his own pockets off schemes that benefit his own family firm with Bill C-27https://www.federalretirees.ca/en/news-views/news-listing/june/not-in-conflict-poor-judgemen

As for the Irvings, there is this VIDEO: How Irving evades paying taxes.

We know what needs to be done.
We need to end fraud and tax evasion. Secure mandatory disclosure on climate risks with regard for Paris Accord and known divestment timelinesStop subsidizing oil and fossil fuels. Stop supporting zombie companies.Stop bailing out bad players and increase fines for re offendersNo more share bonus for CEOs. Pay in cash. Don't let firms claim tax benefits on tax free Master Limited Partnerships by using shells in other countries. Stop other countries from setting up shell companies here.
Clearly and publicly identify beneficiaries. Stop deferred prosecution and actually jail these guys. And lets see some Inheritance Tax because this is unsustainable:

Nothing we've done thus far has been sustainable. If oil ever was, we would never have subsided it. Oil subsidies, the Canadian Energy Regulator (NEB) and Ontario Power Generation OPG are all fundamentally anti competitive against clean energy supplies for the simple fact we don't even include green energy into the review process as a possible alternative for the energy needed from nuclear, oil or gas projects.
It's time to change or we'll be too broke to even do that.
