[All] Grand River must be a person

Hello everyone
I am filling an EBR form right now to apply for "personhood" for the Grand River. 
This has been done successfully in Quebec. I am Acadian and I have the jurisdictional power to defend this river because Acadia has no Western Boundary and my International Indigenous laws predate Canada and have been affirmed by Queen Elizabeth's apology which is recognized by Canadian, US, UK and Vatican law. My nation lawfully still exists. The Haldimand Tract was land in ACADIA as recognized by international law centuries before the British Empire facilitated an illegal deportation of the people from Acadia to Standing Rock. There was no US or Canada back then and that entire act was illegal to do and it was proven in court. 
Acadian values differed from North American values in the sense my people have always honored other Indigenous territories. They have the right to govern the lands they live on as did my own people, so we never aimed to possess land or control other people because my people predated money in North America. We had systems of trade and alliances with other people, yet when the need is there, we have the duty to protect which is why I am doing this. That duty was bestowed when the Vatican Concordate of 1610 was ratified. 
Lawfully a company can be a person and in Canada, a river can too and there is judicial evidence to support this fact proven by the person known as the Magpie River. The status would give the river the right to maintain its natural biodiversity, the right to be safe from pollution and the right to sue. Here is a case example:

In doing this via the EBR  I will not only affirm the right of the river to exist, I will also affirm the rights of my people to exist because I am of the first line of the unceded Metis people of the line of Henri Membertou and the House of Savoy. I am of the first Crown Family in North America that was Vatican made, literally kin to the Crown of UK, in the pre schism era, which is a history Canada silenced. 
My family were treated as persona non grata and as slaves by Canada's system and it's time for the recognition of the personhood of both this sacred river and my  Metis people.  
I see it as do-able. I have the evidence to make it happen at my end.
