I bumped into this about a week ago and read about it, but I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or not for Ontario ..sometimes when someone is strongly trying to sell the idea of swapping energy across borders and talking about the millions of dollars to be saved, it makes me feel a little suspicious..some investigation is needed...it certainly hasn’t been in the news as far as I know ..one person quoted in the “brochure” is based in Waterloo..might be worth talking to him
