Greenpeace has a great article about the different international shifts to reduce waste but Canada's Policy lacks regard for reusable materials. While Canada recently released regulations outlining the ban on six single-use plastic items, a lack of reuse targets or replacement requirements means that single-use plastics will mostly likely just be swapped out for other throwaway alternatives.
