[All] Bill 23, Greenbelt, and Regional Planning Update - Sunday Dec 18th

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the latest update. The Nith Valley Ecoboosters will be sharing
this information with our contacts. I wanted to make sure people realize
that Andy and I did not design the Rise Up Ontario handout. I think I
mentioned at Friday's meeting that I got the handout from Sandra Bray who
indicated that the content came from Barbara Schumacher. Andy and I made
some minor edits but I wanted to make sure that credit was given to the
proper source.
