Thanks Susan...our average per person Waste quotient is still really high, and we all do need to work on reducing it....It might interest you to know that in Toronto, disposable diapers are accepted in green bins ...curious but true...https://www.toronto.ca/services-payments/recycling-organics-garbage/houses/what-goes-in-my-green-bin/
I set our daughter up with separated bins after I learned this, so they could greenbin their diapers when a new baby arrived about a year ago. I had recalled seeing a show on TVO several years ago about how they were doing that, checked if they still were, and they are still accepted in greenbins, but many people probably assume they aren’t.
