Join us for a free webinar on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 6 to 8
p.m.to hear where local candidates for the upcoming federal election stand
on the environment. The *Kitchener-Conestoga** debate is just one of *100
Debates on the Environment* across Canada and will focus on the candidates'
positions on environmental issues including the climate crisis, greenhouse
gas emissions and biodiversity conservation.

*Tova Davidson*, Executive Director, Sustainable Waterloo Region will
moderate the *Kitchener-Conestoga* debate. Candidates that are
participating include:

   - Kevin Dupuis (People's Party of Canada)
   - Owen Bradley (Green)
   - Tim Louis (Liberal)
   - Carlene Hawley (Conservative) - ATTENDANCE IS TO BE CONFIRMED



This debate is co-hosted by rare Charitable Research Reserve, Reep Green
Solutions, Waterloo Region Nature, Grand River Environmental Network, Nith
Valley EcoBoosters, Sustainable Waterloo Region and GreenPAC as part of the
100 Debates on the Environment initiative, a national non-partisan movement
coordinated by GreenPAC.
