HI GRENers,

The summer is zipping merrily along. Hope everyone is staying well and 
safe.

I have to say my editor made me take out a line that, well, maybe 
implied cannibalism. All I said was that fungi are closer to humans than 
plants, and that perhaps explained the lovely umami flavour of those 
lovely grilled portabella mushrooms. Now you know what goes on behind 
the scenes. lol

But I did write back and say that when all our ecosystems collapse, who 
knows what's going to happen.
