I am just writing you at this time to give you an exciting update from Citizens for Safe Ground Water Inc.
We are thrilled to let you know that we have secured retention of Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA), a Toronto based law firm that is a non-profit specialty legal aid clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario. Who work to protect human health and our environment by seeking justice for those harmed by pollution and by working to change policies to prevent such problems in the first place. CELA has an impressive track record and long history in environmental conservation.  CELA will represent CFSGW should the aggregate application be heard at the Provincial Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT)

Of course this is exciting news for us financially and it further validates our concerns and brings this to a Provincial platform.
