Hi folks!
This is great news. 

Waterloo Region is unsatisfied with the hydrogeological assessment conducted by property owner Rick Esbaugh's team, and it appears a lot of work is needed to satisfy requirements for a zone change at 1894-1922 Witmer Road.
 Township of Wilmot manager of planning Andrew Martins aid that it would "appear that this application will not be returning to council for further consideration any time in the near future."
