Thanks John- that's great that we can watch- and kudos to Greg and all the
other speakers for taking the time and energy to protest this very important
flagrant undemocratic attempt to take away the rights of Conservation
authorities and land protections in order to score political points, to try
to allow development where it shouldn't be. Very very important, and it
takes many years to put protections in place, and they shouldn't be able to
be undone willy-nilly by the politician of the day for self/party-interest
reasons.

Greg Michalenko will be speaking today December 1 at 3 pm on behalf of GREN
in an effort to protect Conservation Authorities from Ford government
threats.

 

You can see it live at 3 pm. A few other environmental groups are speaking
and receiving questions from the MPPs during the hour between 3 and 4. I
don't know what order they are speaking in so get on on time and hear all of
them.

I'm looking forward to hearing and seeing it and will imagine that many of
you are there too. It'll be a long-awaited GREN meeting for these
