The province’s proposed water quantity management framework does not hold water         

  

We apologize for a second e-mail in 8 days, but once we finally found some time to look at this we found how horrible it is.

Given what is going on, the OHI is fairly convinced that Ontario needs the stewardship community to rally at Queen’s Park.

Or maybe hold a virtual rally. 

We will be talking with numerous organizations to solicit input on what is doable.
