Hi folks
The are  speculations that Alexander Medvede had a KGB job because he worked at Donau Bank at the same time as Andrei Akimov, another KGB officer and now Gazprombank's chief. The links are on Wikipedia.  https://t.co/ECPLZTPEoy
Enbridge's Russian dealings from 2008 involved Alexander Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee of OAO Gazprom. Plans were to bring Russian LNG to  Quebec and Ontario.  https://t.co/PLmapRFSff
Enbridge and Canada's National Energy Board NEB have been allowing "air barrels" to artificially control oil and shipping prices as they make royalties cheaper by flooding the market with non existent product. My letter to the NEB on this is here. I just submitted this yesterday. My letter and two supporting documents are all on line here. https://apps.neb-one.gc.ca/REGDOCS/Item/Filing/A99368
The merits of this is mirrored in the Bombardier issue happening right now.
Bombardier facing World Bank ban over Azerbaijan corruption allegations.
Yakunin and Andrei Krapivin close associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin were involved in suspicious transactions with Bombardier Transportation, a global giant in the field of transport. Russian Rail paid billions in secret funds https://t.co/6Rtj6mAvE6
Andrew Coyne nailed it with this article with this statement:
Bombardier planes may not find many buyers, but that’s not what it’s selling. It is selling the making of planes, or more particularly conspicuous government support for the making of planes, or perhaps just the idea of making planes.

It's the same as selling air barrels.
Louisette.
