Hi folks.
At the heart of all our Environmental and political discord is a group of greedy mob like business folks. I am working with folks on narrowing the scope and we are making great strides right now. 
Here is the latest from the ICIJ Panama papers folks. Pay attention to this nifty bit, the money was being transferred with code names such as “Waterloo,” “Darth Vader,” “Silver” and “Gigo” were used to conceal their identities. Many are yet to be revealed.

Odebrecht is now in huge trouble and there is a logical line from them to certain Canadian officials. 
I have the address where the money went. Netherlands was confirmed to have a roll in moving bribe money.  I also have the names of CEOs who might have a hand in this. 
Everything goes to this engineering firm as the starting point of the bribe culture. Lines up with Gwen Morgan and SNC Lavalin issues. Mr Morgan was Harper's advisor and the advisor of Liberal Minister Christie Clark. The timing lines up with KPMG and when PM Harper hampered the Isle of Man investigations. It lines up with Onyx and Nigel Wright paying CEOs in shares too. 
Basically if you pay CEOs in shares it reduces corporate taxes by 50%. The tax is take when stocks are cashed so they are manipulating the market  buying shorts to make money.

The master if this system is Carl Ichan who happens to be Trump's advisor. Every time a bad news story happens regarding oil they make money basically as values drop. 
When CEOs have shares, they can rig stock market results and they work like a cartel to do it. Many shell firms are owned by CEO who have no employees yet the set up a firm in the US to claim tax benefits on tax free Canadian MLPs. Kinder Morgan, Inc. has a market cap of US$46b, and is paying total annual CEO compensation of US$17m. (This is based on the year to December 2018). We note that's an increase of 4326% above last year. Look here:

And to add to that mess, they are also rigging the market with air barrels. That means oil majors like Imperial Oil (owned by Exxon) have pre-purchased and bought out all the space on existing Enbridge pipelines even though it is not actually being used. This is to drop royalties to Alberta and the scam is costing $80 million a day. This is according to Rachael Notley.

I knew the NEB process didn't make fiscal sense for the basic fact Enbridge makes pipelines. What wouldn't they want to rebuild Line 9?  Why did they limit the EAs etc. The truth is money was made elsewhere. Approval brings grants and loans and investor cash which was moved about. EVRAZ NORTH AMERICA LIMITED purchased a US steel mill and upgraded it and now it's called EVRAZ Rocky Mountain Steel Pueblo, Colorado. They are the frim who will provide the steel support beams to make the TRUMP wall. It is the only facility in the US with the specifications to fabricate it.

My view, tax justice is climate justice. Until you stop the source of the issue: the profits of the schemes, we will not save this planet or our tax dollars. The scale of tax evasion is not sustainable and it poses a National Security risk. 
This is what we need:
Pay CEOs in cash.
Apply charity laws to CPPIB investments to stop funding bad things like military activities, ICE incarcerating kids and corrupt agencies.
Identify beneficiaries. Make a public LEI system for Canada.
Solicitor client blocks Fintrac but we could track transactions of accountants.
Investigate Intratrust Netherlands and their roll in this mess. 
We need an inquiry on the actions of Stephen Harper and Nigel Wright regarding the KPMG Isle of Man schemes and the use of shell firms for tax evasion. 
Secure independent fiscal audits for  Evraz, Enbridge and Kinder Morgan. 
Outlaw shell firms. No employees, no right to conduct a business.

Come inside the heart of Odebrecht – the Brazilian firm caught up in what was described as the “largest foreign bribery case in history.” The firm previously confessed corruption and agreed to pay $2.6 billion in fines to United States, Brazilian and Swiss authorities. Now, we can reveal Odebrecht’s bribery operation was even bigger than it has publicly admitted. And we have fresh evidence of corruption affecting large-scale projects in the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.

Together with more than 50 reporters across 10 countries in the Americas we’ve tied more than $230 million in secret payments by Odebrecht to a number of projects across the region.

How did we do it? 

We gained access to more than 13,000 files from inside Odebrecht’s special unit (the Division of Structured Operations) that it admitted “effectively functioned as a bribe department.” The documents were obtained by Ecuadorian news outlet La Posta who shared them with us.

Together we’ve read emails, analyzed spreadsheets and deciphered the secret payments funneled through a network of offshore companies and bank accounts. Code names such as “Waterloo,” “Darth Vader,” “Silver” and “Gigo” were used to conceal their identities. Many are yet to be revealed.
