Greetings

I have had an exchange of emails and a follow-up tel. cal with Brandon Sloan.
 He apologized for the confusion arising from the wording in the Agenda.

Apparently this is the first time that committee members will have been
presented with the plan. He assured me that this is a "living document" and will
be amended as further studies are conducted.

Delegates are expected to have 5 min. with another 5 min. allotted for Q/A from
committee member and or staff.

You need not be a resident of the City.
