Good Afternoon Susan,

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event here with us in February.

Use of our event space is free for some community engagement events. 
What we do ask community engagement event planners to pay for is the 
mandatory insurance policy to host their event here.

We provide the physical space for free (except for insurance) and you 
would bring all other furniture or equipment you would need outside of 
what is already in the event space. You would have use of our 4k 
television wall, our pendant speakers and one (1) microphone. We do have 
a list of preferred vendors you can reach out to in order to obtain 
additional AV equipment, catering and event furniture rentals.

We did have another request for an event on February 6^th (requested, 
date not yet confirmed) but nothing yet for February 7^th .
