Hello everyone
Jessica Ernst's farm was contaminated by Encana and her land mark case threatened to expose the totality of the hydrogeological risks in a lawsuit she launched years ago. She spent $400,000 on her case and her solicitor has quit not because her case doesn't have merit, but because she is constantly being subject to SLAPPS by Encana's solicitor who are dragging the process on and on, in spite of the overwhelmingly clear cut case she has. Here is the news coverage just published by theTyee about her plight.

She isn't just an impacted resident. Her name and title is Jessica Ernst, M.Sc. President of Ernst Environmental Services. And I just reviewed her website exposing the totality of the issues and it is highly credible. This is so well done.

I want to help this lady so I am informing as many folks as I can to expose the issue fully.
Encana founder Gwyn Morgan was also the CEO of SNC Lavalin during the years of scandal and he was director at HSBC Holdings Plc from 1996 to 2012. HSBC provided services which served as a massive tax evasion schemes to hide accounts. In this CBC report, produced years ago, the the value of accounts tied to Canada was around $4 billion Canadian, spread across 1,859 people.

Just today a former HSBC Holdings Plc CEO confessed how he facilitated $1.8 billion in tax evasion for folks wanting to hide their accounts and the data gathered by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists again show Canadians were among them.

My view, Gwyn Morgan may have been PM Harper's version of Dean French. The unelected fiscal architect.
