[All] NEB demands fiscal and corporate info from Enbridge re: Line 10

Hi Everyone. 
I'm very happy to say I've finally managed to convince the National Energy Board to secure answers from Enbridge regarding it's corporate structure and finances regarding the sale of Enbridge Line 10 from Enbridge Pipeline Inc. to Westover Express Pipeline Limited.

I just found this tonight. I did not receive any notice that this response was ever provided to the National Energy Board. This was something I went to the NEB to simply check on and by golly there it is by the grace of God. Whew! 
I really look forward to seeing what kind of responses Enbridge provides to these questions!
