[All] Hidden valley in regards to LRT open houses.

Hi folks
City of Kitchener is hosting open houses on the LRT route and concerns exist with the city pairing it with the River Road extension project which has been delayed with huge cost overruns. 
Risks include road salt, noise, traffic emissions and habitat destruction in the location of area sensitive species in close proximity to intakes of the Mannheim wells along the Grand. Rare fish, rare birds and Jefferson Salamanders amount other species at risk.
Picture a vehical accident with oil discharge. How much response time do we actually have to protect the wells?
