[All] Line 10 update

Hi folks
I've been busy.
In the attachments is a document I secured from Enbridge on Oct. 3rd that states that SNC Lavalin is not working on Line 10.
My response has photos of SNC Lavalin doing work at the Line 10 site and it's basically a clear cut of the entire width of the Hydro Corridor. 
Harper used section 58 of the NEB Act to bypass NEB approvals which would have resulted in a CPCN certificate. Instead we have an Order where the PMO basically acted as judge and jury without Crown over site. 
He also bypassed the Environmental Bill of Rights processes dealing with the MNR and conservation authorites in house to address the many endangered species along the way. 
My letter of response, Enbridge's letter and the Order as well as the first part of the EIS is all included in the attachment.
The clear cut I saw in Copetown, shows no compliance to the protective provisions. They focused on mitigation but nothing on remediation or net benefit to species. 
The best part: The Order expires in Jan. 26, 2018. Not long to go. That's why they skipped so many steps.
