[All] Hidden Valley update.

Hi Everyone
Neil Taylor relayed a really interesting article featuring an interview with Peter Benninger speaking of his ideas for Hidden Valley. The interview with Exchange magazine starts on page 8 and the section specific to Hidden Valley starts on page 13.

Personally speaking it was lovely to see that he does care for the natural features of this beautiful area. He mentioned there is a piece thatcould probably get developed in the next 5-7 years. Either way the time frame it gives is nice to have. It gives us room to look for ways to help find funding to protect the area and to provide him a fair compensation. We have to give the man credit for having protected it this long.  It is a blessing to have someone who did.
