I just finished an interview for Real News Network on this very subject and my co-panelist was Economist Robyn Allen. She represented the economics, I represented the policy as it relates to First Nations Treaties.  It was great because so many issues repeated with the Line 9 process it was easy to flag this was a systemic issue.
