Hi folks 
Dakota judge gave green light to build the Dakota Access Pipeline but the President overruled it via deparen't of Justice and US Army. Details here:

Also the Enervy East panel removed themselves and the hearing is at a standstill until a replacement boards sound. The two folks who spoke French on the panel were the only French speaking panelists they had. Experts like them are exceedingly rare.  Will be a challenge.
