Hello GRENERS,

Not sure if you have had this message from Daphne's husband Gord, but there
is a lovely write up *attached *on Daphne's life which again shows what a
wonderful friend we have lost.

Thank you so much for your supportive messages over the past week.
 I apologize for this group letter but I did want to get thanks & up to
date info out to old friends.

On Wednesday Jennie and I visited the site in the  beaver   valley that the
Bruce Trail will rename in Daph's honour. I hope to confirm the terms with
them this week.

On Friday this geek of a grieving husband went for a bike ride with a
friend and managed to fly over the handle bars at the bottom of a hill.
Result- a broken clavical bone in the right shoulder. That takes the prize
for stupidity !!!

On Sunday the Toronto Star will publish a short obituary. Attached with
this note is a longer  version that has some photos I thought you might
like to have to remember Daph.

I hope you will be able to join us in late October
