Hi folks
Here you go everybody! 
This is a Handy dandy little form letter I just fabricated for use for ANY pipeline project in Ontario if you cut and paste to section 6.It doesn't matter if the contents are oil, gas or Great Lakes pipeline. If the application in Ontario you can use it.
The last 2 questions are specific to the NEB process. That's optoinal.
Easy enough to. Cut paste and send.

1. How many tracts of land does this project impact?
2. Regarding Hydro a) What percentage of the pipeline is bound to Ontario Hydro?b) How much of the Engineered Drawings are completed for Ontario Hydro in regards to this project? c) How much of the AC Mitigation Report is completed?d) How much of the manditory Geotechical report for Ontario Hydro is completed?e) What percentage of the engineering reports must be completed before the application for licence is submitted with Hydro?
3. Regarding Municipal Licencinga) What percentage of the routes are bound to Municipal owned properties? b) What municipalties own tracts along the route and how many per municipality? c) How much of the manditory Geotechical report is completed for each municipality?
d) How much of the Engineered Drawings are completed for each municipality regarding this project? e) What percentage of the engineering drawings must be completed before the application for licence is submitted with Municipalities?
4. Regarding Ministry of Transportation (MTO) Licencinga) What percentage of the routes are bound to MTO lands?b) How many tracts do they own along the route? ? c) What percentage of the Right of Way reports for MTO have been completed?d) What percentage of the Engineering reports fo MTO are completed?e) What percentage of the engineering reports must be completed before the application for licence is submitted with the MTO?

5. Regarding First Nations Accommodationa) What percentage of the routes are bound to Treaty areas of Indigenous People?b) What Indigenous groups own tracts along the route and how many does each group own?c) What percentage of the engineering reports must be completed to accommodate First Nation's consultations?d) What percentage of the work has been done regarding Traditional Land Uses? e) What percentage of the work has been done to identify Archaeological Resources? f)  Will there be Indigenous monitoring in regards to Archaeological resources, construction and ongoing monitoring? 
6. Regarding Wetlandsa) Are their wetland areas that will be impacted by this project? If so how many?b) Will there be restoration plans implemented for wetland areas? c) Will there be any measures used to address invasive species such as phragmites? If so what measures will be used?d) How long will post development monitoring take place to assure restoration of natural areas?e) If natural areas are not restored within the projected monitoring time, will TransCanada work beyond that timeline to assure restoration of areas?f)  Will critical habitat mapping be required in regards to this project?g) Will Critical habitat mapping be part of the requirement for the licencing of either Crown (Hydro,MTO) or Municipal properties? 
7) Regarding NEBWhat percentage of the reports were completed when the NEB application for this project was filed? 
What percentage of the engineering reports are planned to be completed by the time of the NEB hearing?
