Hi folks
I have submitted my sworn affidavit now I am ready to spread word of it. 

I'm sharing all this info with fellow Line 9 delegates, First Nation's leaders along the route and others. Time to turn the lights on so all nations impacted by this can find out what the heck is happening with this Line 9 issue. 
It took me 10 years to get the Anti-Slapp law.  It only took me 8 years to get to this point. I think my methodology is showing some improvement. Lol. 
In the video I was visibly upset but rest assured I am in very good spirits now. The next day the Federal Environmental Commissioner's report came out that flagged the NEB wasn't tracking compliance issues. That truely was a God send.

Dear Hon. Prime Minister Trudeau, Hon. Minister Wynne and Ministers. 
Yesterday I submitted a sworn affidavit to the office of my Federal MP Bardish Chagger outlining issues I witnessed regarding the NEB approval of Line 9. I was a delegate at both hearings and continued to work on the issues for years afterwards because this pipeline has never been built to code. There is no evidence to suggest the conditions of approval for the installment of this pipe were ever met. 
I have data to show that Duffy illegally lobbied for Enbridge during the Line 9 process which is clearly proven with the Duffy Diary. Bias towards Enbridge was evident from the Harper Government for many years right up to their shameless #boycottTims effort. 
Just after the Line 9 phase 1 hearing in London, the Harper Government changed the legislations that applied using the omnibus bill. From the time of the verdict, to the time of the decision he replaced the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act to a National Energy Board Environmental Assessment and simply approved the pipe even though there is no criteria to actually define what a National Energy Board Environmental Assessment is. They may well have called it the Unicorn Act because the policies like unicorns simply don't exist.   

First Nation's folks, including myself as a metis woman, were spied on by the NEB directly. I have the proof of that.  Harper and fossil fuel agencies manipulated CSIS and the RCMP against us. The media published articles specific to this. Bill C-51 was adding to our struggles. This defamation of us was systematic and strategic. 
I created a dropbox to view all the data. There are documents in here featuring the names of OPP anti racket officers I worked with. I want to protect those guys so handle that with care. Many good cops including OPP and RCMP wanted to help but they were powerless too. Not their fault.

Also I have created a youtube video where I speak of these issues. Please view. The duress of what we endured is overwhelming.  Knowing how vulnerable that pipe is means I don't sleep at night. I'm too afraid for the risks.  I'm waiting for it to blow and dealing with a government and policing body that simply ignored our warnings for years and it was painful. I don't trust the Tories at all still to this day. I think Harper should be in jail for what took place. I can't even email them. It makes me sick to think Harper is still in the house. He should be in jail for what he did to all of us. To negate the safety of Line 9, to nullify the laws that protect Canadians is clearly treason. The only reason he rushed this work was for his own impatience. 
He pushed all of us into a most uncomfortable positions. The likely reason they didn't cross examine engineering experts is there is not a man worth his ring willing to stand by a mess like this. I come from a family of boat builders, flight engineers, civil engineers etc. We are wired to look at things with common sense and regard for design because we have to. Lives depend on that. Natural capital infrastructure, like river systems and aquifers that provide water to our municipalities, are also based on engineering principals but Line 9 has no regard for how their man made designs interact with the variants and variables of the natural capital infrastructure their pipes run across. That's where the conflicts and greatest risks exist. They cannot expect their pipes to run as designed without regard for the characteristics of the lands on which it is built. Designs made in the 1970's has no regard for post development impacts on the natural infrastructure that has taken place since. The rivers are not the same width or flow rates. That is the message of warning I have been trying to send the whole time.  As long as the scope of Line 9's decision is only being based on the area of the pumping stations, that line is a major risk to this nation. 
In my view the only reason for non compliance is costs. They can't afford to build it right so hold them to that. No Nafta charges if they simply can't afford to build to code. No Nafta charges if they violated law in lacking First Nation's consultations either. They've never paid their royalties for crossing 18 indigenous territories. I think they should owe up for the years they didn't pay. 
I don't see this is as a Nafta Risk at all. It's more like, build it to code in compliance to law or not at all. That's enough to stop this mess.
