Public Information Centre re: Cambridge West Development
Thursday January 14th 20166:30-8:30pm City Hall in the Bowman Room
 Planners will present:
• The preferred option for the Devil’s Creek railway crossing (straightening of the crossing on Blenheim)
• The preferred option for the realignment of Blenheim Road and also Newman Dr. and Bismark Dr. extensions.
• A preferred Draft Community Plan which includes the plan for where the following will be placed in the new community:       - Commercial space       - High density homes (apartment buildings), low density homes       - Parks and trails       - Storm-water management       - Transit and transportation
You will have four weeks, after the PIC, to give your feedback. Your feedback is critical to ensuring the community concerns regarding the environment, heritage and traffic are addressed as this development process moves forward. 
Note on the Traffic Impact Study (TIS): The TIS has not yet been completed and is now expected later in the planning process.
