Hi folks!
After a very, very long time I finally got a written response from the MOECC today regarding my Part II order request for the River Road Extension by Hidden Valley.
The Ministry is reviewing the issues and concerns cited in my request as reasons for which the Project should be elevated to an individual EA.  The Minister will make a decision on whether or not it is required. 
I will keep you updated. A photo of the letter is in the attachments.
