A small thing we can do to support Water protectors at Standing Rock. The
appeal below comes from a group called Oil Change International:
priceofoil.org .
And meanwhile closer to home, the Supreme Court of Canada is now
deliberating on the appeal by the Chippewas of the Thames regarding
Enbridge Line 9. More at https://chippewassolidarity.org/en/ .
If you haven't yet sent them a donation toward their legal fees, please
consider doing it now.

>From Oil Change International:
If the Dakota Access Pipeline is built, over 400,000 barrels of oil would
flow across four states. It would put countless communities at risk and
damage our climate. And it could do irreversible damage to the Missouri
River, a critical water supply and integral part of the Standing Rock
Sioux’s way of life.
Revoking the permits for this dangerous pipeline is critical to respecting
Native American communities, protecting land and water, and keeping fossil
fuels in the ground.
Can you join me and demand that President Obama protect our climate and our
waters by revoking the permits of this dangerous pipeline? Click here to
send him a message:

Thanks!
