Hi folks
Bill 172, Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act 2016 is being reviewed this week by the Standing Committee on General Government. It's about Ontario's Cap and Trade basically. The bill can be viewed online here:

I did some digging on Cap and Trade and it reads like a Grisham thriller for all the schemes and scandals and corruption behind it.  In my view it's a racket and the only logical choice for our government is really to push for fee and dividend instead. It's a more reasonable approach to take economically and logically. My written submission on Bill 172 is in the attachments.
