[All] Supreme Court denies constitutional challenge of NEB

Supreme court denied Forest Ethics to challenge the National Energy Board for lack of regard to Freedom of Speech. 
The ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada is unreasonable but Harper's omnibus bill gave him God Mode over all decisions of the NEB, the RCMP and every other government agency. 
This situation will likely change when Harper is voted out due to promises from all opposing parties to revise NEB protocols.
