*Hi GREN,*
Attached is the press release on what our community organization is facing.
We are working to garner media attention on this outrageous decision to
support our call into a review of what this Board member has done. Any
assistance in that would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, the new anti-SLAPP law does *nothing *to protect people in
situations like this.
Also, our toxicologist was prohibited by the OMB not because the issue was
out of scope -- it was the main issue actually. It was because of
procedural matters that were not based on any evidence, which was one of
the reasons we challenged OMB member for bias.
