[All] Ottawa's solution for waste

Hi folks
In Ottawa they allowed folks to register for a waste management pick up specifically for folks who have diapers and incontinence issues. With an aging population, we may see this issue increasing dramatically in the days ahead. The addresses are pre-registered to spead up pick up.

If folks have concepts on waste management regarding these particular issues it would be good to share. It's one of the hurdles we face locally.
