[All] Great News! Regional Official Plan Potential Settlement

I am also very concerned.  Is the issue just going to keep coming back, as
the developers keep nibbling and eventually get all they wanted?  Has any
principle been established of municipal sovereignty over land use?  My
heart breaks for the precious countryside we're destroying.
