[All] Wloo Chronicle: Kevin's efforts on invasive species

Hi Kevin, Deb and others,

Good work on the publicity and the action for Phragmites problem. I would
be willing to try looking into what is involved in banning the sale of
Phragmites, and perhaps combine that with other invasives like Goutweed and
Periwinkle.
