[All] Chippewas of the Thames vs. NEB re: LIne 9

Hi folks
I was a delegate and witnessed Enbridge admit they never read a single treaty even though the land crosses 18 First Nation's Territories. Line 9 never had a Crown Consultation process ever. Now the Chippewas of the Thames ( otherwise known as Aamjiwnaang) are going to court to challenge the NEB's decision to stop Line 9. They sent me their press release earlier today. It is in the attachments.
