Good evening,

It looks like the citizens of Guelph are putting together an amazing itinerary for the 2 Rivers Festival from June 9th to the 14th. Included in their planning, the Wellington Water Watchers will host "Growing the Greenbelt - Guelph Town Hall" on Thursday, June 11, 2015.

With support from the Ontario Greenbelt Alliance, the Town Hall will take place in the auditorium of The Arboretum, College Avenue East, on the University of Guelph grounds. Access to parking is from the entrance on College just a short distance from the intersection of Victoria Road and College.

A meet and greet with community groups will start at 6:00 pm and run for an hour. At 7:00 a panel discussion will take place with key-note speakers, David Donnelly, one of Canada's leading environmental lawyers, Faisal Moola, Director General of the David Suzuki Foundation, and Hugh Whiteley, retired but active adjunct professor of Water Resources Engineering in the School of Engineering University of Guelph. A curated Q&A will take place from 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.
