Attached is the latest Press Release from Les Citoyens au Courant announcing that we have submitted a request for administrative review with the NEB regarding their June 18 2015 decision on Line 9B.

Les Citoyens au Courant ask for a full hydrostatic test of the entire Line 9B based on comments on the NEB order provided by pipeline safety expert Richard Kuprewicz as well as on our own analysis of Enbridge data set regarding the Quebec segment of the pipeline.
