[All] Phragmites australis and call for Ontario ban

The Waterloo Federation of Agriculture welcomes GREN's involvement with 
this invasive plant. By working together we can manage this plant. It's 
hard to believe it's still being sold as an ornamental as it starts to 
compromise farmland. The WFA appreciates this call to action.
