Lulu,
Can you help this fellow out please? I have to step away now as i will have to advise him to file a complaint against city staff and i can't openly do that. I pulled the region into it but city staff didn't like that. I will hear about it shortly i am sure. Just give him direction and he will go there. Keep me updated please on what is happening. This is the omb decsiion i was deeply involved in.

> Hello Jan thanks for looking into this issue for me If I read the email mail that Mr Horne sent correctly the condition imposed by the omb cannot be reversed by any one but the omb. But Justin Armstrong from the city sent me an email today that says the developer doesn't have to comply with this condition because the ministry of natural resources said that the Bald Eagles can be protected by monitoring. And that the condition may be revised..I. Asked for copies of this correspondence but the city refused my request. I have spoken to the omb and they told me that this condition cannot be removed by any one but the board, the region has said the same but the city says other wise. I have a bunch of emails that have gone back and forth with the city that I will forward to you they are doing everything they can to not enforce this condition thanks. Dale

> Hello, Mr. Lonsbury.
>
> I have been speaking with Councillor Liggett about your inquiry regarding ongoing outside construction activity in the Limerick subdivision. Your concern is a shared one.
>
> You are correct that the Ontario Municipal Board did impose a condition that restricted outside construction activities to specific times of year. We have again reminded the developer of this condition (requirement), and we are working with the City of Cambridge, who are responsible for enforcement. I would also note that this condition cannot be amended by the Region of Waterloo, as it was imposed by the OMB.
>
> I have copied Ms. Elaine Brunn Shaw , the Cambridge’s City Planner, as well as Councillor Liggett and my Regional colleagues who have the most direct experience with the development. I would ask you to contact these colleagues as necessary. I am hopeful that the developer will abide by this obligation with our additional prompting.

> I appreciate that this area of the Region is a very special and unique place, and thank you for bringing this to my attention.
