[All] Enbridge emergency response re; Line 9

  Hi folks
New video surfaced showing a protest that took place between the Quebec and Ontario boarder. These guys went in and basically used the manual valve to shut Line 9 oil pipeline like a garden hose. 
The former mayor of the town actually participated in this. She placed a call to Enbridge from the site to speak with staff who clearly had no idea how to speak in French. You have got to see this.  The video is online here: https://vimeo.com/148414135

There is nothing that makes sense with this stupid pipe. Not even with the emergency response. Sheesh!
