Deadline Dec 7th
Cultural protection needs to include waterways,
green corridors and historical landscapes as
biodiversity supports and rejuvenation sites for
all species. They need to hear about headwater
protection and wetland preservation.

> Hi everyone,
>
> Here is a great opportunity to participate in a Culture Strategy Town Hall meeting. A webcast has now been scheduled for the Kingston Culture Strategy Town Hall on Wednesday, November 25th, 7-9:30PM. Here is the link for the webcast: http://www1.webcastcanada.ca/events/registration/mtcs1115.php
> This webcast will be in English only with English closed captioning.
>
> The webcast will be online, so participants will need access to a computer with internet. People who register for the webcast will be able to send in written comments/ask questions via the webcast, during the town hall. A staff person will be monitoring all the comments/questions as they come in and will be able to raise a select few during the TH. While there won’t be time to answer all the questions, the Ministry will receive an archive of all the comments/questions for review after the event. FYI all questions/comments will be linked to whatever name/e-mail with which the person registered for the webcast. In addition to taking questions or comments from people on line, the staff monitoring the webcast will attempt to facilitate a moderated chat with online users by replicating the exercises as best as possible. If someone is unable to attend the session either in person or by webcast, the webcast will be accessible to the public for one year from that date, through the same webcast link. All they’d have to do would be to register in order to access it.
